- Incredible culture and group of people who want to work hard for their company and their customers, but also love to have fun. - If you work hard and prove yourself, you'll have a great ability to grow and take on new roles and responsibilities - Every day is different, there are always new projects to work on, challenges to solve, it's never boring!

Cons

- With so many important projects to work on and a culture of people always saying "yes" to more, it can be hard to shut off, which gets overwhelming at times.

Pros

-Transparent, genuine and welcoming culture -Solution-oriented and collaborative working environment -People-first organization that prioritizes well-being, benefits, etc. wherever possible -Outcomes, not metrics focused. Genuinely cares about doing the right thing in the industry and building great relationships -Helpful and friendly employees. Great tenure as a result -Senior Leadership communicates openly and has the right intentions. I never feel surprised and I always know what they're focusing on- even in the challenging times.

Cons

It's still a start-up environment and things change constantly. Expect to balance competing priorities and to need to make sense of the noise. The industry is challenging- don't expect every company to get it and resource for it appropriately. Evangelism within SEO/Organic is a constant need. Competitive pressure is intense. Conductor does a LOT so you need to be experts in many things. Don't come here if you're not willing to put in the work.
