Pros
The culture is amazing. A great group of people and they treat you like family. It is also a fantastic market opportunity. Organic Marketing is just at the cusp of exploding. Customers need a platform and Conductor has the best product. I just hit my one year anniversary with Conductor and I feel very much at home here. I know I am valued and I know what we are doing is meaningful. I love coming into the office every day and working with the team. They all inspire me to be better every day and seeing us win more and more creates momentum and enthusiasm across the company.
Cons
We are in hyper growth mode and that means a lot of opportunity but not enough resources to do everything. We have the challenge every company our size has. What and how much should we prioritize. The blessing and the curse is too many great opportunities to go after.
