      Pros

      Support Network - Everyone's willing to help, top to bottom. Work / Life Balance - There's an expectation to work hard, but there's also an expectation to recharge. (Occasional) Failure is Okay - We all make mistakes, but the expectation is to learn from them.

      Cons

      As Conductor continues to grow, there are more names to learn, more things to juggle, and various change throughout. Change can be stressful, but it's usually an indication that things are going well.
