This company is exploding right now because they were recently acquired by WeWork. There is so much opportunity for growth and benefits are great.

Cons

Starting pay is often times on the lower end. The vision of what wework wants to do with Conductor in the future is still pretty unclear. Because they are growing so quick, the work load is also growing.
