The salaries are good maybe over average.

Cons

Leadership is lacking. Hard to see where your career would be in the future. Since the acquisition things have gotten worse. There is a lot of problems across the company. It seems like the CEO is getting less involved with product direction which really hurts. I'm a developer and vision of the future is lacking. Hard to get excited about the work. There is not enough flexibility available to work what would make the most difference. I think I could do a lot more.
