Conductor has one of the best team environments I've ever seen. The people here are smart, they hustle, they care about improving themselves, and they care about helping you grow and succeed. From my very first day on the job, I was encouraged to speak my mind, challenge the status quo, suggest new ideas and bounce them off other people, which I think speaks to the strength of the culture. The leadership team also actually cares about the people here. They do their best to be transparent in communications and think about initiatives that will help both individuals and the team. There are a lot of fun perks too — snacks, days out, cool events, happy hours, scooters in the office, free lunches on Wednesdays, etc.

Conductor has an amazing culture that puts it's people first. Leadership constantly strives to improve and make things better. Being part of the WeWork family is awesome. Acres to WeWorks is great for when traveling.
