Pros

Conductor fosters an environment of developing ideas that move the business forward, and then equips employees with the tools necessary (resources, guidance, buy-in, etc.) to turn those ideas into a reality. I found myself working with too many customers, and needed to develop a team of folks to help manage the volume. After putting together a business case with my directors, I now have a team of individuals turning this challenge into positive change for the company.

Cons

Currently have offices under construction (July 2018) that requires moving around between different offices which is challenging

There are none- if worked with a ton of teams in my career, and this beats them all by a long shot.

Great place to work, and often doesn't feel like work

Pros

Conductor is a great place to grow your career, especially if you want to have an impact in a decent sized work environment. Employees are encouraged to run with their ideas, and anyone from an intern to an executive can put something into action. The product has definitely improved over the years, but the people here are what really make it a great place to be. Coworkers and friends often become one in the same, and senior leadership seems to take employee feedback very seriously. Still a ton of areas to improve on, especially as the company grows with acquisition, but the full intent for improvement appears to be present.

Cons

Since there is so much going on so fast, it's sometimes hard to get support from teammates and upper management, so workload is definitely heavy for most. Work-life balance is great, but often seems people are expected to be available after typical work hours.
