Good atmosphere Tight-Knit- you choose who you want to get close to and have the ability to do so easily Lots of responsibility-you do get the small company but also lots of work is put in Great ambiance- place is great to work and good for getting to know people

Cons

Downstream communication efficient but not always effective Sometimes confusing with direction No literature/input on lateral/vertical movement/advancement Inability to take risks

Amazing people-first culture that starts with the CEO and trickles down. Leadership you can trust. An environment where the best idea and best work ethic wins. Flexibility to be creative and bold, allowing you to take risks and learn quickly from mistakes.

Cons

You need to be willing to work hard, take initiative and quickly bounce back from failures to really take full advantage of the opportunities provided. Though everyone is well intentioned, things aren't perfect -- but you are welcome to voice your opinions when something's not right in order for the whole team to grow.

There are some very talented people here.

Cons

There is too much discrepancy between the company message/image and execution/reality. Since the acquisition things seem to be worse. Since our previous CTO left we have inexperienced leadership in tech. There seems to be more focus on messaging than our reality. Careers are unclear and the senior most people that we could learn from are starting to leave.
