Pros

Company is incredibly transparent and values its people. They are very flexible and thrive on a driven but relaxed fun culture. Egos need not apply. It's rare to find a company with so many devoted and kind people looking to further themselves and their org. The company is on a steep rise gaining many of the worlds top brands as clients.

Cons

Same as any startup in scale mode. Career mobility is dependent on your willingness to work for it. Good news is recognition is readily available and with proof of value and success the best folks tend to get promoted.

Pros

Conductor is really going through an exciting evolution. I've worked here for many years and we've consistantly had a great culture. The leadership really cares about it's people and it creates an environment where I feel bought in and willing to do what it takes to be successful. Conductor also does a great job recruiting high quality people, so it makes it more fun to have great people around me. The vision for the company is really coming together and I can really see how this company will become enormous and change the way companies do marketing. Its amazing to see.

Cons

Constant change...there are constantly new products, new messages, new features, new pricing, new people...its fun but also a lot to keep up with.

Pros

Management really cares about employees and making improvements overall. Since it's still very entrepreneurial, you really have the opportunity to get involved in areas outside of your role... as long as you take the initiative. The Product continues to improve and product-market fit is better now than ever before.

Cons

Because it's entrepreneurial, sometimes there's not a lot of process so you may have to figure things out yourself. But that's changing for the better all the time.
