American work-culture, German salary. Having to work with unprofessional people from the US team. Lack of leadership. Unstable.

Great product, enthusiastic people, great offices.

Cons

Conductor has something of a personality crisis. they are not quite sure whether they are an agency or a technology provider, the truth is something in between. The culture from personal experience can be used to exclude new staff members. This occurred due to inexperienced staff being left unsupervised to run the UK office.
