Smart and highly driven people who collaborate well across all functions of the company. Great place to learn and contribute everywhere no matter what your role and seniority is at the company. Amazing and transparent culture on all aspects of the business. We are winning and growing We find a path for career growth within the company for everyone

      Cons

      If you look for cushy and super structured job, this place is not for you. If you are afraid of fierce conversation on your performance and interactions with others, it may be difficult to avoid them.

      Pros

      I have worked in technology for 10 years and have found Conductor to be the best job so far. The company has a tremendous market opportunity, a commitment to its people and a desire to win. In the last few months, we have made some major changes across our leadership and it has me excited about what we are doing. Our engineering is really starting to move quickly and we are winning. I am excited to get up and come in every day.

      Cons

      There is a lot to do and not a lot of time. It's a high pressure place and the pressure doesn't come from our ceo making up things, it comes from the market pushing us and demanding more faster. This is stressful at times and demanding, but it's what I signed up for.

      Pros

      This is definitely the one place I've worked that seems to have everything, an amazing culture, incredibly smart co-workers, very open and accessible leadership, and an exciting tech space. Things seem to be in the right path for better things to come, so that makes working for Conductor even more exciting. If you are engineer, you will be battle tested and you will do some of the most challenging work of your career.
