10 hour days and then mandatory OT. Can even go up to 13 hours. They tell you occasional OT at the interview only to then be blindsided with "peak season" which lasts from Dec to May and they expect you to basically be chained to your desk entirely. Like 10-12 hr days up to 6 DAYS IN A ROW. So good luck seeing anyone or doing anything. You'll be too tired anyway.

High amounts of MOT. No real sense of life balance. The base pay is too low and is solely dependent on how many claims you process per hour and quality. It's truly solo work for the most part. If you're a team person and like to actually know them, this job isn't for you.
