Multiple sites to work-just get your foot in the door and you can transfer later Major of the staff are great team players Company supports various Charity Groups Expect employees to own ,accept and fix mistakes[ yes ,this a good thing]

Cons

Policies are not always follow Some older employees are not valved{ Very Good,Great work history not taken into account] Document everything. After being fired ,they are so large it is hard to find a job in a Speciality Area You can be fired by people you never worked with that don't knowledge in your area and co-workers or peers are not interviewed. .

1. There is PAL (Paid Vacation Time) 2. Bonuses for doing a good job.

Cons

1. The employee's around moses cone are all stuck up. 2. Management has a real problem with favoritism. 3. Maybe Supervisor's need to learn what their employees' do in each department so when employees' have concerns about there job they can help them. 4. When your supervisor wants you fired they come up with some lame excuse to get you out!
