They will display white racism and sexism consistently. Don’t you dare question it either or you’ll be terminated. Pay is low also

Well known organization that is well respected. Cone employees many and gives each employee the opportunity to advance as he or she chooses to do.

Cons

Management is not professional and contradicts themselves. They are not family oriented and they do not care about their employees. Cone doesn't really hold up their mission statement. Management is judgemental and unethical.
