Went to HR about a workplace violence issue and was retaliated against, lost the chance to be promoted for a whole year over hearsay and was told that my "coaching" was the HR complaint that I made against the employee creating an unsafe workplace, despite my witnessing and openly disagreeing with the action taken. Retaliation is very real here and creates an environment where the people who speak up are more likely to be targeted until they leave, leaving only the silent few who turn their heads or sweep things under the rug.

The management doesn’t care. Admin doesn’t care. You put people with zero experience in behavior health in charge. Add to that they are incompetent on a good day. You run off all your experienced staff. The care provided is pitiful and unsafe. You will be on the news one day soon, because something bad will happen because of the unsafe direction your leadership has chosen. I’m just thankful I got out with my license intact.
