      Better than other areas Typically good team work (I work in ICU)

      Cons

      They put patient/family above the rules and they don’t back their employees Scheduling sucks The patient population is annoying. Cafeteria expensive Dumb rules but no rules where you actually need them. Management micromanages every little thing you do and how you do it— when to take lines out and foleys. They really push to get these out even when they meet criteria because they are more worried about their infection score than doing what is best for their patients.
