      Smaller hospital you know all the staff. LifePoint has great values and mission that they have in place.

      Cons

      No support for those in middle management position. Workload is a lot.

      flexible schedules, decent paid time off

      too many to list: executive team does not care about employees. poor pay, unless you are on said exec team. awful benefits. no growth opportunity.
