Pros

There are guaranteed raises every year and a lot of discounts.

Cons

Communication both within and between departments is absolutely abysmal (not including patient care). Service wise everything is done last minute.

Pros

good pay for the area, lots of patient contact, flexible hours. Work as clinical coordinator and bedside nurse.

Cons

Staffing, staffing, and staffing. Continually cutting back. Lose a lot of hours dependent on census. Always work at least 2 staff members short per shift. Expect excellent HCAHPPS without the staff to make it happen.

Educated at their school of nursing. Had a great reputation for good care in the past. Loved being a home health nurse

Cons

Home healthy agency was bought out by another company. Didn't want part time nurses. Felt like I was made to chose between my family and my job
