      Good pay and benefits, but terrible environment.

      Helpful and friendly coworkers. Good benefits. Good pay with adequate raises.

      Cons

      Understaffed. Fast paced and stressful environment. Does not stick to safe nurse to patient ratios. Work both 12 hour days and nights in same week, so impossible to have any sort of sleep schedule.
