      None There are no good reasons to work at this place

      Pay is so bad that it is just above unemployment. They know they are the biggest place in town so they use that to screw over people. Especially nurses

      Pleasant atmosphere. Doctors who were respectful to nurses. Trauma center with a myriad of residents.

      Unfair scheduling of shifts. Limited perks of vacation or sick time.
