has the best level of pay in the area for hospital work.

Cons

Since being taken over by Duke Life Point things have been steadily going down hill with nurse to patient ratios worsening.

Pros

good pay for the area, lots of patient contact, flexible hours. Work as clinical coordinator and bedside nurse.

Cons

Staffing, staffing, and staffing. Continually cutting back. Lose a lot of hours dependent on census. Always work at least 2 staff members short per shift. Expect excellent HCAHPPS without the staff to make it happen.

None There are no good reasons to work at this place

Cons

Pay is so bad that it is just above unemployment. They know they are the biggest place in town so they use that to screw over people. Especially nurses
