Pros

None. The company is a total joke from top down. The board keeps assuming more debt to acquire failing insurance companies and misleads all by falsely claiming those acquired business are profitable and running smooth. The company’s anti-fraud department is an even bigger joke. incompetence is rewarded while honest work is frowned upon.

Cons

Too many to list. If you’re desperate for poor compensation and support thievery then this is the right job.

Pros

Great company that truly cares about the employee (at least at the corporate level). Everyone is very friendly because work life balance is prioritized. Host regular employee appreciation events.

Cons

Not a place an ambitious person should go. Defiantly a lack of technical rescources at the disposal of employees. At the time of employment company was using outdated technology and process (very alarming for a company at this size). Not a lot of innovative or creative problem solving going on.
