Conife is a great company to begin and grow your career. There are lots of opportunities to innovate, partner and drive results in the company. The Executive Leadership Team is amazing. I see Confie as an emerging Insurance Technology Company. As a retailer, they have carved out a niche targeting those communities that are need of affordable insurance solutions. While also catering to a wide spectrum of customers. If you are looking to join a company that wants to be great, this is the place for you.

Cons

As with any growing company, there are challenges. Confie is on the cusp of creating sustainable processes and policies to insure future success. Priorities can change, and you must be able to pivot quickly.
