Most of the co-workers work together as a team as they can. Company is improving the on-boarding process and improving their documentation systems.

Cons

Moderate to low pay for the work load required. Company is improving the pay and bonus structure soon. Learn to dovetail and double patients as necessary. Learn to take documentation home and work an extra 1-2+ hours on top of your regular job with documentation and meetings.

Pay is market rate The patients were great!

Cons

They work you to death. Doubling up patients stacked up on multiple evaluations everyday with never enough time to spend with your patients. My boss told me “we do not provide 1 on 1 care.” They expect you to work off the clock to complete paperwork and coach you on how to manipulate the minutes in the company’s favor. This is more of a salute and execute type work environment.
