This was my first job after graduating from college . Overall, it was a very fast paced environment where decisions from upper management were changed every single hour so I got to learn how to navigate through all chaos and delivered results within a short period of time

Cons

Low pay, long hours, work did not get appreciated even though i worked sat and sunday and stayed over 10+ hours everyday . Little to no growth for engineers
