      Pros

      I've worked with the conflux for more than 16months. - It has big clients with long term projects. - Never had any issues with payrolls and they helped me out with critical immigration issues. - Supports H1B application in a highly smooth manner - There are always opportunities to learn about new technologies and grow your career at the company. - Excellent recruiting team to find positions with good companies - Have a wide range of clients and puts serious attention to get interviews

      Cons: It's a good company to start your career. I would say that everything seems good. Haven't faced any challenge that obstruct my work.

      Pros

      Management people are more transparent, High prospects for long-term client projects. Immigration work is handled exceptionally. No issues regarding placement and payroll. The team is very responsive to address any issue, technical or non technical while working at the client Work culture is healthy, open communication is highly encouraged.

      The Pros are only for those who became their slaves.

      Cons

      I have never worked for a disgusting company where if you raise your voice for something PIP & other things will be issued. They don't have proper clients for the full time after submitting for more then 7-8 resume in a week. they will not get a single interview. If someone ask what is the status, why they are unable to arrange interviews they simple say we are working with them very soon the interview will be started. I have started raising my voice with the higher management, instead of getting feedback from clients they terminated me. Worst company I have ever worked in my whole carrier.
