The Management at Conflux Systems wants to develop their employees. They take the time to work with each individual and make sure they are living up to their potential. The culture is unbeatable. Weekly happy hours unite us as a team and teach us a work hard, play hard mentality that keeps our work- life balance in check. I would recommend this team and company to everyone. This is the best place I have ever worked and I do not plan on leaving any time soon.
