It's almost been 2 years now working with Conflux Systems. The company allowed me to learn and exhibit the growth path for my career. Initially, I was handling everything individually but now handing team as well of 5 team members. Management also recognizes the smallest good work as well and motivates employees toward career growth and a positive attitude.
