I joined Conflux systems in August2022 and so far, the journey has been good. Right from the interview to onboarding, my candidate manager has been very friendly, supportive, and helpful. They explained to me about the company, policies and they are always available to answer any query. Conflux systems has a good client base, and I am enjoying my work onsite. Also, Conflux systems takes good care of its employees and regularly connects with them to understand any concerns or issues.

Cons

No cons experienced till now, but I feel the leave policy can be better.

In my Experience I Have not seen this kind of caring team in any IT recruitment companies. Best thing I observed here is "Employee Value". From the day one I really connected to Conflux Systems, the way they have started the recruiting and placing in good and after that every month they will follow up us for each concern if we have any. Conflux team really doing a good job, appreciating that.

Cons

Nothing much everything is fine here.
