Performance Based, you get out what you put in Amazing Growth Opportunities Great Compensation Flexible Hours Available Benefits and 401K

Cons

As in any sales position there is some stress involved but the compensation makes up for it. Some weekend shifts are required.

Helping protect those in need. Excellent Financial and Insurance benefits. Flexible Hours. Growing business in expanding market. Great people to work with. Dealing with fine people of clients and work mates. No travel.

Cons

Ability to sit and be on computer for hours (for me personally). This is the way most business is done today.
