Cons

Worst company I have ever worked for. There is absolutely no work-life balance, little to no support from management, and the work environment is extremely toxic. If you value your mental well-being and want to work in a healthy, supportive environment, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.

SDR's feed you all the leads so if you have a good SDR it's easy to get sales

Cons

Majority of team is over seas and gets preferable treatment. Very little support from leadership aside for a 1:1.

Communication and expectation setting. I knew what to expect throughout the interview process and everyone I talked with was professional and friendly. I got a great sense for the culture and the role throughout and never felt like I was unsure of the next steps.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of. So far, this place is top notch!
