Pros

Amazing people. Connecteam really puts emphasis on having a fun work environment. We are celebrating pretty much every small thing, we go on company trips and all that stuff, but I think in general we just feel like a family.

Cons

Connecteam takes you to the extreme. You need to want to be at your very best. I don't think it's a bad thing at all, but It's mandatory to write something here. If you don't want to be the best you can, it may not be the place for you.

AMAZING people and amazing company. The company does so much for its employees and takes care of everyone. Everything from weekly happy hours to company trips. The work environment is very fun and engaging

Cons

Long work hours. But they tell you that from the start Starting salary could be a bit better

Everyone at Connecteam has welcomed me with open arms from the very beginning. Seriously, I haven't met so many nice people in one place. Not only was my opinion considered from day one, everyone pushes you to speak your mind and through your ideas. I may be biased, but it really is the best place to work at.

Cons

It's ruined all future jobs for me :)
