The sales force is spectacular, and the business itself and what they offer is great for their customers.

Cons

Bad management and they seem to pay men more than women. The HR department is not on the side of the employee, they are not to be trusted.

Connection continuously reviews our internal pay rates for our employees to ensure they are paid competitively and fairly. We recently completed a full pay equity analysis, and our final results indicate that we are paying our talent fairly and equitably without bias toward either gender.

Benefits were ok, sub-part compared to similar companies Access / Contact with HR was not discouraged

Cons

No work/life balance. Especially in the beginning. Intense pressure to get up to speed within a certain amount of time and if you're not, they want to know "why". It made each employee that was new feel degraded and "picked on". Some teams are amazing and their reps treat them like real people and give nice bonus money under the table to their people, which makes them want to work harder.........while others dont receive ANY bonuses for doing the same work
