- pay is not competitive, and it's only getting lower day by day (my job got posted and it was listed at 3k less than I was making) - bonuses are severely capped - very little room to grow in Product Management - Management and leadership are out of touch with their workers / simply don't care - my manager outright told me he feels bad there's no room for me to grow even though I'm an excellent employee - basically zero culture - absolutely everything is paid for by partners - seemingly no direction from leadership, just "sell more" - quarterly recognition is rewarded with.... Your name in a slide deck. The list could go on....

No level loading of the business, its feast or famine(potential layoff) This repetitive cycle of : Mandatory Overtime ->absolutely no overtime (don't clock in more than 5 minutes early) -> "we need volunteers for OT" -> "if we dont get enough volunteers by tomorrow, it's mandatory for all" -> back to mandatory OT
