Pros

Excellent work environment, close co-workers. Team atmosphere, family comes first philosophy.

Cons

Considering the field the company specializes in, not all sites have the same up to date technolgy. Pay rate is not equal across the company role to role, and job description to job tasks.

Thank you for your feedback on our positive work environment.We understand your concern over upgrading technology and that some organizations may be more advanced than the others.Relative compensation, we review our compensation regularly and we do have a common salary structure. Differences can occur based on skill and performance.

Pretty corporate but nice people and well organized.

Cons

Not as much room for growth as you would think with a company that size. Very lopsided toward sales.

Thank for your feedback on our positive work environment. As you stated the largest number of employees we hire are sales people however we recognize that it takes a collective effort for us to be successful and that includes non sales departments. We do regularly review our compensation packages and find them to be competitive.

Commission pay, not the most popular choice of income by most.
