Pros

Worked with great people here, never had a complaint about any of the managers or coworkers. Always enjoyed the work environment and friendly atmosphere. Had to move is the only reason I left.

Cons

It was too friendly at times. People always holding the door for you, asking if you needed help with anything, picking up shifts if you needed coverage. Management was overly understanding; always there to lend a hand if you had issues or roadblocks.

Pros

I love my job and my boss! Respectful, friendly upper management. & coworkers. Monday-Friday work schedule with normal hours. Great benefits with a lot of little extra consumer discounts. Security on site locations. Many career growth opportunities available and advancement is encouraged here.

Cons

Some of our work stations "cubes" could be bigger and the noise level can sometimes make it hard to concentrate.

Thank for your review. We are pleased to hear that you are thrilled with the job and with your Manager. The cubes sizes and design are the result of an ergonomic and efficiency study performed by independent consultants, based on job functions. We found that while high wall cubes offer the perception of privacy, they also seem to encourage a louder speaking voice by occupants. As a result, we are transitioning toward a lower height cube wall for many job functions which not only increases collaboration amongst team members, but allows for an increased awareness of an office appropriate level of speaking volume.

Denies using assessments as only preliminary screening tool. If you do not pass assessment you dont talk to ANYONE and they never give you feedback. These assessments are not based in reality and you need to be dishonest to pass them it is well known. poor ethics and treatment of employees

PC Connection does not depend on the Sales Assessment as the sole determinant in its hiring process. A candidates work history and questions centered around the ability to do the job in question are also key components in the selection process. It is worth noting however, that the Sales Assessment has been validated as a tool to utilize in the hiring process and the assessment we use for sales is very common and utilized by many Fortune 1000 Companies.
