      Ups and downs, but generally awesome.

      Pros

      Great way to get into a sales career with a company large enough to carry you while you get comfy.

      Cons

      Hubris. They're forgetting the true life blood of the company and what has always set them apart from their competitors.. and that's their account managers. Reduced incentives and team building.

      Pros

      Only good thing about this place is the free IT stuff throughout the year and the vacation time.

      Cons

      Very toxic environment. No work life balance because they demand overtime every month with little pay. favoritism is very obvious, you only get a promotion if you are close with management. Raises are horrible and not to mentioned their outdated system.

      If you love sales you will love Connection. The support given to you is incredible and the coaches help you along the way.

      Cons

      If you are iffy about sales this isn’t a good choice for sales because you won’t develop enough skills that can be transferable to a different career.
