Pros

The number of genuinely nice and caring people will pleasantly surprise you. The PTO policy is very competitive and benefits package is above average

Cons

The company doesn't value marketing, you will mostly be selling programs with heavy margin to partners. Senior Leadership keeps restructuring and adding layers that makes it more confusing. There is zero management oversight of the changes made and no support. Pay is about 25% below industry standard

The ONLY pro is the friendships you’ll make. Some of the people are truly amazing.

Cons

From the bottom to the top, Connection is being so poorly managed and no one is listening to the needs of the employees. We used to have panel board meetings, where we were able to ask questions directly to the VP, Sr. Director and other members of management. That was then turned into a quarterly rundown, where only submitted questions, preselected were answered. That is because they’re unable to continue making promises they don’t keep and don’t want to have to answer to this disaster they’ve created.
