Open door policy from top down. The people is what make the company. Company is growing in a competitive industry, a lot of potential for future growth. Company tenure is at least 10 years.

Cons

pay is terrible, commission structure is terrible, people are boring, management is useless, impossible to find quality leads, office sucks. This is the epitome of a typical sales job where everybody is just getting by and hates there lives
