Pros

Immediate team members were nice; occasional work-at-home option after 1 year. You may be OK if you are high-energy, a fast learner, and do not require comraderie/personal connections to thrive at work.

Cons

steep learning curve, constant onslaught of work; too many details to keep track of in time given for projects; very difficult time-tracking system; you are automatically copied on zillions of emails that usually do not pertain to you

Pros

Company is extremely supportive of its employees and promotes from within. It's a company that fosters learning and growth, and has a positive, fun atmosphere. No dress code, ability to work from home in some departments, and knowledgeable management are big pluses.

Cons

Sometimes the casual atmosphere interferes with professionalism. While I enjoy the periodic Nerf gun fights, and being allowed to wear shorts, sometimes it's taken a little too far. I mean really, you're at work; put your shoes back on.
