      Pros

      Advancement is quick if willing to work. Office team is very supportive to those willing to put in the effort.

      Cons

      Small company, competitive promotional ladder. Large scale clients with plenty of work with limited field techs to stay on schedule. Still trying to grow.

      Decent Pay. Fun Corporate events.

      Cons

      Lack of work. Lies about compensation. Lack of company vehicles. Lack of training. 1 day notice for overtime or weekend work. Retaliation for speaking up.

      Pros

      For some, a decent wage might lure them in. Not really a “pro” when you figure out the truth.

      Cons

      Everyone is told they have the potential to grow. There’s just not enough room for everyone to grow. Hope you have a fuel efficient vehicle, because you’ll be driving your own vehicle all over creation to get to work. You’re also going to provide your own tools. All of a sudden, that wage doesn’t go very far.
