      Nothing good about this company.

      Cons

      Undefined expectations that when eventually discussed it was clear they were unattainable. Crazy high turnover. Non-existent communication and explanation of expectations from management. Avoid this place. They like to tout that they are named "One of the Best Places to Work in Rhode Island." It's all a sham. They lobby to get on that list. It is a horrible place to work.

      Pros

      For some, a decent wage might lure them in. Not really a “pro” when you figure out the truth.

      Cons

      Everyone is told they have the potential to grow. There’s just not enough room for everyone to grow. Hope you have a fuel efficient vehicle, because you’ll be driving your own vehicle all over creation to get to work. You’re also going to provide your own tools. All of a sudden, that wage doesn’t go very far.

      Poor Management, Long hours Employees are still friends

      Pros

      The employees i worked with were great, and are still friends. The only reason i gave them a 2 is because of the other employees and definitely not management.

      Cons

      Management is singularly concerned with themselves and not willing to take others opinions. 50-60 hour work weeks on salary is not considered abnormal for anyone other than management. Communication is terrible.
