      As many hours as you could handle, the store is always busy. I had great co-workers and managers so the days were always positive.

      Pros

      You can move up pretty fast. When you do great work they do acknowledge it. There’s always competitions and opportunities to have something nice or do something nice. It’s a really great company who value their employees!

      Cons

      There really aren’t any. Any situation can be figured out and negotiated, they really value how you feel and what you think.

      What I love about my job is that upper management is extremely helpful and encouraging. They get what done what needs to be done. My DM and Director stays on top of things making my job a lot easier. When the base is strong it's easy to build a team. My team at work is also hard working and knows how things are to be handled and work. And that what I need and love.

      Cons

      Nothing is bad to me.
