      Leaders should always do and stick by what they say. “Difficult conversations” are called difficult for a reason. Generally they are hard to hear but someone has to say them. If you would like to have a conversation, we have an open door policy. Being “Senior Leadership” you should know that and ask questions if there is something you do not understand.       Great with communication. There is always someone to answer any questions I have or requests I have for my location. They are also a growing company which means they have tons of opportunities for employees to grow as well

      Pros

      Unbelievable level of support to the field. If a store needs an issue fixed, corporate is all over taking care of it. Lots of great contests, competitive pay, great benefits, really on a different level than other wireless dealers.

      None that I have seen so far.
