      Would love the opportunity to talk through your issues... the only problem is that we have not even had these stores in the Carolinas for 3 years... it has only been 2. We have a process in place for reviews for all employees. It does require you to excel at your position though. Would love the opportunity to address your issues but it does not seem like you know the processes and its impossible you have been a DM for us for a year longer than we had the stores...

      I swear they have the worst commission pay ever it’s a rip off , you make them 7,000 if hit every stupid unrealistic requirement you will get like 300 dollars . Worst company I worked for DONT WORK THERE . Go apply to t mobile or a corporate store because this one is owned by someone that complicated the commission plan to screw you . & the service is trash so everyone comes in complaining and they want you to upsale after that

      Once upon a time there was a Prince or Princess... they worked in a magical kingdom where everything went their way in sales, was super easy, and they made soooooo much money! Wait... that's a fairy tale! I wish it was like that but sales are hard... you hear a lot of "NOs"... you will have fun and you will win but it takes work! On a side note ----- 2 cars... 85 trips to Cabo... 3 trips to Vegas... 6 Cruises... $227,000 in Spiff Money.... sports venue tickets.... countless other prizes.... that is just what we gave away in the last 10 months... there are a lot of "Pros" in there! It seems like performance is the main complaint that you have but that is also the thing that YOU control the most. There are only 3 (THREE) Accelerators / Decelerators in the comp plan... most people hit them as Accelerators and they EARN MORE MONEY!!!! It seems like you have performance problems though and unfortunately showing up (probably grumpy like this review) does not automatically get you paid! Hopefully you take things away and learn from the experiences because it seems like all you are doing is blaming others for your shortcomings. No one ever wins thinking like that... could be why you didn't win here... just saying... Happily Ever After!
