      Thank you for the feedback. As with all sales, the final commission potential is in the hands of the person that is earning it. We have many employees that take advantage of being in a competitive commission based environment and CRUSH their commission plans! Your ENERGY, KNOWLEDGE, and ABILITY TO CLOSE a sale all puts you in position to make more money! If you do not do any combination of those, then sales may not be best for you. 1 New Act / 1 Upgrade / $50 Accessories / Insurance Attach per day would earn you a great commission check! It is ok though, there are many jobs that just pay flat hourly wages... just will need to get used to asking "Paper or Plastic" or "Would you like fries with that"?

      Stable Work Environment Consistent Support Goal-oriented High Energy Employee Contests Additional Incentives Competitive Atmosphere Advancement opportunities There are millions of perks for the job, and a very worthwhile career path for those who are seeking it. I have worked with the company for 6 years, and have had support in my role through thick and thin. The company loves to pull attention to your own personal abilities and make you shine. Unique talents are appreciated! I've gone through several leaders in my path up the company, and each has given me tools and advice to further myself. None of them, mind you, were terminated from the company. Every one of these individuals has received well-deserved accolades and furthered their career paths as well. I've never worked for a company who truly feels like family until now. Connectivity Source is an excellent example of what modern business should be - appreciate of staff, understanding, and supportive of those in their roles. This is what employers should strive to be.

      Cons

      None current off the top of my head. If you are someone who does not like challenge, who does not want to make money, and who doesn't want to have fun at work, look elsewhere.
