Pros

This is a company with leadership that serves their lowest level. A company where hard work does not go unnoticed. A company that rewards hard working individuals. A company that values family and work life balance. A company where a job can become a career.

Cons

It is a high paced competitive environment. This isn’t for everyone. If you aren’t looking to be challenged and grow as a professional this is not for you.

Horrible Company!!!

Pros

Schedules are flexible, some Managers and employees are helpful.

Cons

Pay is horrible. They start ASM’s at $12 dollars an hour sometimes less and reps at $10. Manager’s start at $15 an hour ($32,000/yr) and salaried so you will work more than 40 hours a week, sometimes 50 plus. There is no consistent training, you’re just thrown in a store and kinda learn for yourself while shadowing other people. The quality of people is horrendous which caused for a very VERY high turnover. In my two months there, I saw two managers quit, an ASM, and nearly 3-5 reps quit due to poor pay and poor management. Some managers get paid better than the district manager if that says something about experience comparison to pay. There’s no room for growth, you’re stuck where you’re at and special attention is given to those stores that are performing so favoritism is very noticeable. Sometimes when people quit and you’re having to cover the schedules, doing an open to close to support the business for weeks or months at a time, because no one shows up for interviews and district and regional management don’t quality control, so people quit when their money isn’t there to be earned. It’s wireless but there are other company’s who will pay several dollars more per hour with better locations and better people. I experienced several racial comments including topics not fit to be discussed in a professional setting. I guess it was the “norm” among this company to experience these things when you’re new but they continued throughout my time with them.
