Pros

Discounted phone plan, most low level employees are nice, pay is okay

Cons

Little to no respect for employees' lives outside work; hourly wages are low with the expectation that employees will push unnecessary products onto customers to make it up with commission; management does not care about customer satisfaction as long as employees meet the expected (unrealistic) metrics; stress levels are high and management does little to nothing to alleviate that, often exacerbating the issue by piling more work onto low-level employees; business practices do not align with the core values of T-Mobile, who they claim to represent.

Pros

You get paid a base salary

Cons

Trying to run the store while having your hands tied behind your back. No compensation for exceeding goals.
