Higher-ups will degrade you for poor sales rather than providing support. The commission structure is horrible and only gets worse. The company will make up new "metrics" every month that will take money away from your paycheck, rather than new metrics that help support you, making more money. Management is run on favoritism; it's like being in high school. If you're short-staffed, they will make you work by yourself in a store open to close.

The company was often disorganized, with upper management feeling disconnected from day-to-day store operations. Support and training were limited, and feedback from leadership leaned more toward criticism than constructive guidance. There was little focus on employee development, which made long-term growth within the company difficult.
