You'll find yourself feeling overworked. Your base pay will be low, and your time with the company will not be valued if you don't line the managements pockets. If your sales slip up or you have a slow month, you won't hear the end of it. Churn is awful and your coworkers will come and go. Stores are consistently understaffed and might have to work insane overtime.
